Showcase Cinema de Lux Leicester has launched its first Superhuman Summer, a huge promotion asking film fans to see four of the biggest blockbusters this summer beginning with Transformers: Dark Of The Moon and collect unique codes for a chance to win an epic trip for two to LA during Oscar season 2012.
Superhuman Summer is exclusive to Showcase and Showcase Cinema de Lux audiences and will be giving cinemagoers the chance to win a money-can’t-buy trip for two to LA including return flights from London, staying for 8 days (7 nights) in an exclusive Hollywood Hills mansion and access to an official Oscar party hosted by Jennifer Love Hewitt.
Film fans can take part in Superhuman Summer by collecting a unique code when they see each of the following epic films at Showcase Cinema de Lux:
Transformers: Dark Of The Moon (Out now)
Captain America (released July 29)
Super 8 (released August 5)
Cowboys & Aliens (released August 19)
Fans will be asked to enter the unique codes for all four films at either www.showcasecinemas.co.uk or on the Showcase Cinemas UK Facebook page: www.facebook.com/showcasecinemasuk
The ultimate winner will fly from London to LA where they will be met by a private stretch limousine to cruise around LA as they make their way to an exclusive and spectacular Hollywood Hills mansion where they will stay for 8 days (7 nights)
While in Hollywood, the winner will be going to an official Oscar Party, “The Envelope Please”, hosted by Jennifer Love Hewitt, at The Abbey Food and Bar in chic West Hollywood (Oscar Row) with all food, wine and cocktails included.
The prize will also include a Movie Stars home tour, taking in more than 40 breathtaking mansions in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air, where the likes of Madonna, Halle Berry, Keanu Reeves, Tobey Maguire and Nicolas Cage all have properties, not to mention the provocative Playboy Mansion and the colossal home of producer Aaron & actress Tori Spelling.
The Superhuman Summer winner and friend will be treated to a three course a la carte dinner at the famous Ivy Restaurant in chic West Hollywood, where celebrity sightings are commonplace followed by a trip to the world famous celebrity spa, Burke Williams of West Hollywood, located on Sunset Boulevard.
With the chance to relax in soothing waters, with whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, misting rooms and cold plunges, the winner can take advantage of a full facial and body massage to ensure they are ready for the next element of the trip – entrance and VIP bottle service to Mood nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard to party the night away.
